At Tribal Minds, we believe that <\/span>wellness is sovereignty.<\/b> True self-determination begins with healing \u2014 not only of the body, but also of the mind, spirit, and community. Our Indigenous Wellness programs respond to the most urgent needs facing Native peoples today \u2014 from suicide prevention to intergenerational trauma \u2014 through culturally grounded, holistic, and future-focused approaches.<\/span><\/p>

Our work in wellness is not confined to Western models. It is prayer, ceremony, kinship, and connection to the land. It is identity reclaimed and balance restored.
