With over two decades of experience spanning Tribal government, federal service, and grassroots advocacy, Brian brings unmatched insight into how Native Nations can lead with sovereignty, spirit, and strength.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a former Tribal Council Member, Indian Self-Determination Specialist &amp; Tribal Operations Officer with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Sundance Chief of the Star Village Sun Dance (located on the Hungry Valley Indian Reservation, Nevada), Brian\u2019s life work sits at the intersection of <\/span><b>practicality and transformation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
